Nestled just above the famous springs of Amir Ali at Karavas in the north of the pristine island of Kythira you will find this unique cluster of properties. The location provides a quiet haven to escape yet close to beaches, walking tracks and restaurants. The properties on offer are all self-contained with air-conditioning and look out onto a beautiful wooded valley. There is also easy access by stairs from the rear of the properties to the springs below.

Beautiful walks
One of Kythira’s best kept secrets is the myriad of nature walks, most of which are signposted. Karavas itself has some of the best right at your doorstep.

Archaeology
The earliest recorded archaeological evidence for human occupation of Kythera indicates that the island was inhabited by the Early Bronze Age. The island has a rich and diverse history having been occupied by numerous civilisations. The archaeology of the island can be experienced first hand or by visiting one of the museums and exhibitions.
Beaches
There are over 20 beaches on Kythira and most are easily reachable by car in 15 to 30 minutes. In any weather you will find the perfect beach. Many of the beaches have a canteen, sun umbrellas and deck chairs, so you can spend the day pleasantly. More info here.
